Healthy Breakfast Recipe - a must healthy food

The Bulgur Breakfast Recipe 

1. Coarse Bulgur Cereal, ¾
2. Toasted and Chopped Walnuts, ¼ cup
3. Chopped Dried Figs, 20
4. Brown sugar, 3 tablespoon
5. Milk, 1 cup
Boil a pan filled with water over high heat and then put in the Bulgur cereals, until it becomes wholly soft. Soak the figs in water to turn them tender. Now you are required to drain the pan filled with bulgur and then again keep them on stove. Drain water from the figs also and spread them on the cereal. Now add on the milk and sugar and keep stirring until the sugar melts completely. After the cooking gets over pour the entire food in a bowl and add walnuts over it.
